Magazine Music Awards at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas on Sunday, August 26, 2012, to honor such industry icons as David Coverdale, Michael Schenker and Sammy Hagar!  Also attending with Rocky was Geoff Tate, Vinnie Paul, Levi Benton, Michael Anthony, John 5, Nik Kai, Eddie Trunk, Kip Winger, Mark Kendall, Blas Elias, Nick Oshiro, Marq Torien and Ron Keel.  The show was telecast live on AXS.TV.
